Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 1.5 glass
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla paste – 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder – ¾ teaspoon
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon
- Butter – 200 gr
- Sugar – 1 ¼ glasses
- VIVRA – 200 gr
How to cook: - Mix the eggs and vanilla paste.
- In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add butter and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Gradually pour in the flour.
- Put 1/3 of dough into the baking form. Put 100 gr of VIVRA on top.
- Put the half of the remaining dough on top. Spread another 100 gr of VIVRA and cover with dough.
- Baking time is around 50-60 minutes. Let cool down for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
