If you add some buckwheat flour when cooking pancakes, they become not only delicious but also very healthy and may be even considered dietary. To cook buckwheat pancakes you will need 300 gr of buckwheat flour, 700 gr of wheat flour, 1,5 l of milk, 40 gr of yeast, 80 gr of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Dissolve yeast in 0,5 glass of warm milk. Then add around the half of the remaining warm milk. Mix all buckwheat flour with 1 glass of wheat flour and add the mix to the milk with the yeast dissolved in it. Knead the sourdough, cover it with a cloth and leave in a warm place. When it increases in volume two or three times, add the remaining flour, milk and salt and leave the dough again in a warm place to rise. After that simply bake pancakes using a warm frying pan, greasing it with the melted butter. Fill each pancake with VIVRA and fold it 4 times. Enjoy your meal!
