Ingredients:
- 250g. butter or margarine
- 250 gr. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 glass of red wine
- 325 gr. premium flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 400 gr Vivra
- 1 jar of apricot jam
How to cook:
Beat all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer.
Grease the silicone mold in the form of a ring with oil and fill with dough and bake at 180 gr. 1 hour.
Remove from the oven, put on a wet towel and wait 30 minutes. then the cake will easily come out of shape.
Soak the finished pie with rum, then spread on top with apricot marmalade and pour the icing on top.
